Chef Siu had garnered a total of 15 Michelin stars and numerous accolades in his recent two restaurants for nine consecutive years. His unrelenting quest for excellence, had captured the admiration and support of discerning palates. Chef Siu is dedicated to crafting exquisite cuisine with outstanding quality and finesse, and leading his team to create perfection on every plate.
Prior to joining Ying Jee Club, Chef Siu was the executive chef of Duddell’s as part of the pre-opening management team. As a culinary veteran, Chef Siu has strong passion for classic Cantonese cuisine, and he specialises in showcasing ingredients at their best. He had previously worked at T’ang Court in The Langham, Unicorn Restaurant and Heichinrou.
Chef Siu had shown his strong mind and determination to excel in the culinary scene even at his young age, he was not bogged down by the harsh comments from his master chef, but rather he took them positively and worked extra hard in order to perfect his own skills. The refined Cantonese cuisine showcasing at the understated luxury of Ying Jee Club, encompasses his signature dishes of traditional flavours and sets minds to come back for more. He is elated to spearhead culinary direction and manage the dedicated culinary team of this latest member of ZS Hospitality Group. Ying Jee Club is conveniently located at the Nexxus Building; and is scheduled to open in Summer 2017.
