Ricard brings with him a wealth of food and beverage experience gathered at some of Hong Kong’s Michelin-starred restaurants including Duddell’s and Lung King Heen of Four Seasons Hotel. He had held management roles at his previous assignments and was also part of the opening management team for Duddell’s since 2013.
Having over 17 years of experience, Ricard shows that he is the true champion of service excellence in Cantonese cuisine and luxury dining. He moved up the ladder over the years, and often led his restaurants with stellar ratings. His ceaseless dedication and cooperation with executive chef Chef Siu Hin Chi, had garnered 7 Michelin stars together at Duddell’s, and prior to that, he was honoured to be part of the Michelin three-starred Lung King Heen.
With his new role as an Operations Director, Ricard will lead the devoted service team in Ying Jee Club and oversee the culinary operations in this fine Cantonese dining setting. The 110-seat Ying Jee Club exudes elegance and serenity, target to open in summer this year.
