Cancellation – Hansik Goo
Paid Deposit is required and payment link will be sent through an SMS to your Hong Kong mobile number at least a few days before your booking date to confirm the booking.
Bookings for 2 persons (or more): no refund will be made in relation to any reduction of the party size after payment has been wired, subject to our cancellation and refund policy.
Cancellation and refund policy: Any cancellation and a full refund can only be made from a written email to firstname.lastname@example.org prior to 48 hours of your original booking date. In such event of cancellation after payment has been wired, 5% of the prepaid amount will be charged to your account. Re-scheduling your reservation is allowed without additional charge provided that you notify us only no less than 48 hours in advance of your original booking with a written email to email@example.com
The Cancellation Policy is applicable immediately for reservations made within 48 hours of the reservation date.
