We celebrate a remarkable year with the MICHELIN Guide Hong Kong & Macau 2026. Feuille, Hansik Goo, Whey, and Ying Jee Club successfully retained their collective five MICHELIN Stars and a Green Star. We are also delighted to see SOL restaurant and JEE recognized as MICHELIN-selected restaurants - a proud debut for SOL in this year's Guide, and to congratulate Uncle Quek on its fantastic Bib Gourmand. Furthermore, Chef Gwanju Kim of SOL Restaurant, who has been honoured with the MICHELIN Young Chef Award 2026!
